I am on a mission to empower individuals and teams to achieve their goals using the power of COMMUNICATION
MANJU
Manju is a Power Communication Coach based out at Gurugram. She offers customized workshops for professionals that are fun to learn and empowers them with simple-to-implement techniques to be effective communicators and create a positive influence. She is a dedicated and passionate professional who loves all her areas of work and training is her passion. She has more than 20 years of experience in various markets like health, education, manufacturing and social welfare. With her positive energy and consistency she has created benchmarks in personal and organizational transformation. As a seasoned trainer, Manju has over 12 years of training delivery experience as full-time trainer and mentor. She has shaped careers of many professionals and set an example for females encouraging gender diversity at the workplace.
She is a Master Trainer and serving consultant to the National Skills Development Council for their Life Sciences Sector (LSSSDC- Life Sciences Sector Skill Development Council) for providing technical and soft skills training to their trainers (TTT) across the country. She has also worked on national and international assessment projects for reputed clients.
Manju is also the Founder Director of NGO – Meant4Environment Foundation based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Meant4Environment Foundation is actively working PAN India to spread awareness on environmental initiatives by bringing small individual efforts together to create bigger impact and achieve Sustainable Development.
Power of Communication
Communication is much beyond the act of sharing or exchanging information, ideas or feelings. We all need to communicate from the time we are born till the time we are gone. Our communication defines our happiness, our relationships, our professional successes and our social lives. We all are aware of the fact that communication has immense Power- How we convey a message is more important than what we convey.
Therefore we all can agree that communication is a very important life skill.
The best part is we can acquire, practice, improve and master this valuable skill and can achieve more in all spheres of our life in terms of productivity and contentment.

It is therefore of utmost importance for trainers, teachers, coaches and mentors to empower themselves with skills to connect and influence over and above their knowledge and technical skill set.
